The Kokoro "straight" jeans offer comfort and freedom of movement for all body types.
Their style is inspired by the "Keikogi" uniforms used in Japanese martial arts.
We've adapted them for urban wear in terms of functionality (pockets, fly, etc.) and details.

Its eco-friendly fabric, Sta-blue denim®, made from 60% organic cotton and 40% hemp, is woven in France, in the region of Cocagne.
The use of hemp gives it a unique character.
It weighs 13 oz.
The dyeing technique used ensures the blue color remains perfectly stable.
You can sit on your white sofa without worry!

Thanks to its drawstring, we offer only 3 sizes
to suit all body sizes.

DENIM

Sta-Blue Bio Denim® fabric is woven in southwestern France, in the Pays de Cocagne region, at a family-run workshop established in 1937.
It is composed of 60% organic cotton and 40% European hemp.
It weighs 430 g/m² (13 oz).
Its irregular texture, resulting from the use of hemp, gives it a unique character.
Furthermore, hemp is a fiber with high abrasion resistance; your jeans will therefore last for years.


MANUFACTURING

We work exclusively with factories that comply with environmental and social standards.
Our products are designed in France.
Manufacturing takes place in Portugal and Tunisia.
The "Kokoro" pants are made in Tunisia by a small company based in Tunis that pays special attention to our products.
Their production requires specific expertise, as many steps are entirely done by hand.
Tunisia has developed genuine expertise in the production of "jeans-style" products.


DYE

The dyeing is done in the Tarn region.
The process is GOTS-certified.
It replicates the color of indigo while offering perfect colorfastness.
You don’t have to worry about color transfer onto your white sneakers or your sofa.
Plus, your jeans will retain their beautiful dark indigo color over time; that’s why we named it STA-BLUE (stays blue).

    Kokoro pants Bleu de Cocagne size guide

     

     

     

    What is it?

    A pre-order is a purchase made for a product that is not yet available. This mode of operation makes it possible to manufacture (or dye) according to customer orders. It's a relationship of trust between brand and customer. The customer agrees to wait to receive his or her purchase, and the brand offers a discount on the boutique price in return.

    How long do I wait?

    At Bleu de Cocagne, we operate in different ways, depending on the product. In some cases, we have our products manufactured before the launch of the pre-order, then we make our dyes according to customer demand. In other cases, we buy our materials and then wait for pre-orders before starting production. Waiting times can vary from 3/4 weeks to 2/3 months.

    Why is that good?

    Pre-ordering is good for the customer, who benefits from a discount on the boutique price in gratitude for their trust and patience. Pre-ordering is good for the brand, as it helps to plan and finance production. Pre-ordering is good for the planet, as it avoids overproduction.

    Can I exchange my product or get a refund?

    You can exchange your product within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. We always order a little more than the pre-orders in order to keep stock for our Paris boutique. This allows us to respond to any exchange requests, subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, you will be reimbursed.

    Return shipping conditions

    The delivery service used from France is "Colissimo". Shipping costs vary according to the number of items ordered and the destination. Products are shipped, with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes. The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. In order for these times to be respected, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). We deliver Monday to Friday. We will try to deliver your parcel at least twice to the delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if no one has signed for your package. You are responsible for the parcel once it has been delivered.

    Return procedure

    Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the order, the Customer may ask "ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE® " to refund or exchange the Product(s). To do so, please send us an email via contact@bleudecocagne.com specifying the reason for the return.
    For France, we will send you a free return slip.
    For other countries, the return is at the customer's expense, unless the product shipped presents an error in Style/Size/Color compared to the order or an indisputable quality defect.
    The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, to the following address:

    The return will be reimbursed according to the method of payment you used once it has been received and checked.
    Please allow 15 days from receipt of your return for the refund to appear on your statement.
    To receive another item to replace your returned item, you will need to place a new order online.
    Should the Customer fail to comply with the present conditions, in particular the return or exchange conditions, "ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE® " will not be able to reimburse the Products concerned.
